Tasks

People in this role are responsible for supporting fulfillment processes, taking ownership of problem resolution, accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, applying effective techniques to achieve client satisfaction. Execute the defined business processes, in line with business controls to meet business objectives.

-Manage customer sales orders
-Responsible for coordinating the information flow among manufacturing, procurement team and customers' contacts
-Coordinate multiple tasks in a team oriented environment
-Plan and release orders to manufacturing
-Continuously monitor the supply situation vs open customer orders and provide early warning towards relevant parties
-Follow up on leads and ensure timely response to customer requests
-Participate in supply chain re-engineering
-Be ready to take on additional responsibilities and grow in career

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business/Management (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
•Fluent English and Hungarian (written and verbal)
•Basic knowledge in logistics
•Good analytical and multitasking skill
•Good time management and problem solving skills
•Motivated, flexible, proactive
