Job description


•    The center is building a team of Customer Support Representatives to support a productline of one of our clients. The Customer Support Agents will need to have technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination and analysis; competent level of analytical ability is required to understand the basic interrelationships of the products with each other and with the network as a whole.
•    Receive and answer incoming calls from Customers and create incident record or update existing record. Validate customer information; name, phone, room, id number. Analyze and resolve routine customer problems as first contact within set criteria.
•    Helping customers with information about products and services, using Client's troubleshooting protocols.


Required


•    At least GED/Bachelor’s Degree
•    At least strong intermediate English + Fluent French


Preferred


•    At least 1 year experience in technical skills/experience
